1) The Sunflower Lionhead Rabbit Club Sweepstakes will track points in 2 separate categories, Total Points and Quality Points.
2) Points will be awarded separately for each variety that is currently on a COD on file with ARBA. All other varieties (AOV) will be grouped together as one variety.
3) Open and Youth Points will be counted separately in the contest.
4) Best of Breed will receive 2 quality points in the quality points sweepstakes.
5) Best of Opposite Sex to Breed will receive 1 quality point in the quality points sweepstakes.
6) In the Total Sweepstakes, 1st Place will receive 5 pts, 2nd Place will receive 4 pts, 3rd Place will receive 3 pts, 4th Place will receive 2 pts and 5th Place will receive 1 point within each color variety.
7) If there are 5 or more Lionheads shown with at least 3 Exhibitors, Best of Variety will receive 10 pts and Best Opposite Sex to Variety will receive 5 pts in the Total Sweepstakes.
8) If there are 5 or more Lionheads shown with at least 3 Exhibitors, Best of Breed will receive 10 pts and Best Opposite Sex to Breed will receive 5 pts in the Total Sweepstakes.
9) Points will be doubled for Best of Breed and Best Opposite Sex to Breed wins at Sunflower Lionhead Rabbit Club Specialty Shows, Sunflower Lionhead Rabbit Club Endorsed Shows and ARBA Convention Shows.
10) Lionhead Specialty Clubs Wishing To Have Their Show Endorsed By The Sunflower Lionhead Rabbit Club Should Fill Out An Application And Send it In With The Appropriate Fees To The Club Secretary Postmarked No Later Than 30 Days Prior To The Specialty Show.
11) Any ARBA Convention Show with limited entries to only Certificate holders would not be eligible for any points to be awarded.
12) The sweepstakes shall run July 1st to June 30th Every Year.
13) It is the owner's responsibility to send a clear copy of the Official ARBA Remark Card used by the show or an Exhibitor Show or a comment card or an Exhibitor-after-show report from the show's secretary for the show at which you want your points counted to the Lionhead Clubs' Sweepstakes counter.
14) Points will be updated on the club website on a quarterly basis. Quarterly reports will also be published in the clubs newsletter.
15) Remark card copies must be postmarked within 90 days of the date of the show. (Copies of your remark cards or after show, completed reports must be received in the mail - we need a hard copy). The following information must be filled in: Exhibitor Name, Name of Show, Date of Show, Breed, Class Entered, Variety, Award / Placement / Number of Exhibitors (Filled in By Show Personnel), Judges Name. You must fill out the exhibitor name the same method for the entire show season for the points to count. For Example: If you show as John Doe in one show, you should continue to enter that method for the entire season, points for John S. Doe will not count.
16) You must be a member in good standing of the Sunflower Lionhead Rabbit Club, or send your application with the copy of the show win to the sweepstakes counter for your points to count.
17) The ARBA does not allow people to show under a Rabbitry Name so we will not count points under Rabbitry names.
18) Awards will be given to the top ten point holders in each sweepstakes contest at the ARBA convention for that respective year. If winner does not attend the ARBA convention, it will be the responsibility of the winner to pay postage and packaging fees for their awards to be sent to them.

YOUTH SWEEPSTAKES
1) Only youth members may collect points in the Youth Sweepstakes.
2) Youth points will only be counted for Youth ARBA Sanctioned Shows unless there is no Youth show. In that case, the Youth may collect Youth points by participating in the Open Show.
